How can I charge and discharge a battery at the same time?
I want to make a DIY portable solar USB charger by myself, but i need to know how can I charge and discharge at the same time, the way a laptop would work when plugged in. What would the circuit look kinda like?

It is not possible to charge and discharge a battery at the same time but I suspect that what you want to know, is how to charge the battery from the solar array at the same time as the solar array is charging the battery. The input to the computer, the solar array and the battery will be in parallel but the output voltage of the solar array must be higher than the voltage of the battery, and it must have enough output to charge the battery and power the computer, at the same time. This will depend on the design characteristics of the solar array. You cannot simply connect any old solar array to any old battery and computer. If you are not skilled in this area, you are best advised to buy a ready made device.
